Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

Due to the nature of our products, all sales at Pure Source Supply are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason other than the specific exceptions listed below.

Exceptions

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to the product and packaging. Please do not discard any damaged items or packaging until your claim has been resolved.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you received an incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item(s) received. We will arrange to ship the correct product or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Non-Delivery: If USPS tracking confirms that your package is lost and cannot be located, we will work with you to either reship the order or issue a refund. Please allow adequate time for carrier investigation before a non-delivery claim can be processed.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email us at support@puresourcesupply.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue (damaged, wrong product, or non-delivery).
  • Photographs of the product and packaging (required for damage and wrong product claims).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days. Please do not ship any product back to us without first receiving written authorization.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For orders paid with cryptocurrency, refunds will be processed at the USD equivalent value at the time of the refund, not at the original transaction rate. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
