Pure Source Supply reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Pure Source Supply. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe this requirement is not met.
3. Product Use
All products sold on this website are intended for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, or any purpose other than legitimate scientific research. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA and are not marketed as drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, or cosmetics.
4. Research Agreement
By completing a purchase, you agree and acknowledge that you are acquiring products solely for legitimate research, analytical testing, or educational purposes. You agree not to use, resell, or distribute any products for human or animal consumption. You accept full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, and disposal of all products purchased.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Pure Source Supply reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. We accept cryptocurrency payments through Coinbase Commerce, as well as Venmo and CashApp. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
6. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped. Pure Source Supply is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances: the product was damaged during transit, the wrong product was received, or the package was confirmed lost by USPS. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) by contacting us at support@puresourcesupply.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Pure Source Supply or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
