Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Pure Source Supply.

Discrete Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external markings indicating the contents or the nature of the products inside. We take your privacy seriously and ensure that all shipments are packaged discretely.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order within 24 hours of shipment. You can use this tracking number on the USPS website to monitor the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@puresourcesupply.com.
Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes at this time. Please ensure that your shipping address is a valid physical street address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by USPS, please contact us within 48 hours at support@puresourcesupply.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged packages, please include photographs of the packaging and product. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
